The Murph Challenge

Perito Urology has teamed up with Train 8Nine to present the Murph Challenge, a benchmark charity workout honoring the memory of Lt. Michael P. Murphy May 31, 2021. The workout requires registrants to complete: 1 mile run 100 Pull-ups 200 Push-ups 300 Squats 1 mile run All while wearing a twenty pound vest. To register for the event click here.
