A common complaint from patients suffering from ED is the narrowing of the penis. In many cases, the penile tissue with atrophy with the onset of ED, meaning an ongoing loss of both length and girth until treated.

While a properly-sized penile implant can help restore some of the lost circumference, oversizing the implant has the side effect of ongoing pain.
