The infrapubic approach to the penile prosthesis offers many advantages I would like to list for you:
- We do not cut your penis or your scrotum.
- The infection rates are routinely less than 1%.
- We do not need to use a catheter.
- The procedure takes only fifteen minutes.
- Our patients are resuming sexual activity at 3 to 4 weeks.
There are objective reasons why the five advantages are both true and reproducible. I will be happy to address them all if you come to Miami.
