The infrapubic approach to the penile prosthesis offers many advantages I would like to list for you:

  1. We do not cut your penis or your scrotum.
  2. The infection rates are routinely less than 1%.
  3. We do not need to use a catheter.
  4. The procedure takes only fifteen minutes.
  5. Our patients are resuming sexual activity at 3 to 4 weeks.

There are objective reasons why the five advantages are both true and reproducible.  I will be happy to address them all if you come to Miami.
