Preoperative Instructions

All patients must not take aspirin or any products that contain aspirin for seven days prior to surgery.

All patients will be given antibiotics and a surgical soap to start the day before surgery to sterilize the operative area. It is important that patients do not eat or drink anything, including water, after 12:00 midnight on the night before surgery.
