The Perito Implant
a minimally invasive technique for penile implantation.
Erectile Dysfunction and the Penile Implant
The malleable and inflatable penile prostheses are the only alternatives for patients who do not respond to first and second line therapy for the treatment of erectile dysfunction (e.g. Viagra, vacuum devices, penile injections or suppositories).
The penile implant enables men to resume a normal spontaneous sex life. The implant does not make the penis larger; it only allows it to function again. Yet, one must remember that the longer a patient remains impotent without treatment, the shorter the penis becomes.
The implant does not change the way a man urinates or ejaculates. Through a small incision in the hair bearing area above the penis or through a small incision on the bottom of the penis the penile implant is inserted. Once in place, the penile implant is not visible. Fortunately, penile implants have an extremely low failure rate (approximately 1% every five years).

In the unlikely event of a product failure, the penile implant cost is covered with a lifetime warranty. Almost any man with the desire for an active sex life is a candidate for the penile implant.
